Cheon Ga-yeon has mainly sung sad, high-pitched songs so far, but she wanted to show a different, bright and cheerful side, so she chose Ha Chun-hwa's 'The Man Who Abandoned Me'. Although she succeeded in transforming her mood, her song selection seems to be a bit lacking in properly bringing out her Cheon Ga-yeon charm.

Nayoung VS Kim S.Y
Nayoung and Kim Soyeon, who created a huge buzz in the first battle and took second and third place with a two-point difference, came on stage for the next match.
Nayoung has been deaf in her right ear since birth. Therefore, the part where she sang her song weakly was bound to be particularly difficult for her. If she made a soft sound, she couldn't hear it herself, so it felt like she wasn't singing.
However, Kim Chu-ja's 'You Are Far Away', which she will sing today, is said to be a song in which controlling the intensity of sound is very important. Therefore, when Nayoung made a weak sound, she worried a lot about what would happen if it was not conveyed properly to the audience. I think it was an unnecessary worry. From what I hear, it was by far the best song Nayoung has ever sung in Miss Trot 3.

In order to counter Nayoung's power, Kim So-yeon chose Jinsori's 'Love Wind' as the song that would best utilize her strengths. Kim So-yeon showed off a different charm from Na-young with her unique soft singing style and gestures.

Bae A.H VS Bok J.E
Bae A-hyun, ranked 1st, and Bok-eun Bok, ranked 8th, stood on stage for match. Bae A-hyun selected Seol Woon -do 's 'Lost 30 Years' , a famous song filled with national the pain of division. It was a song so famous that Seol Woon-do's voice still lingers in my ears, so I was very excited to see how Bae A-hyun would sing it.
Bae Hyun did not disappoint expectations. I shed tears without realizing it. Of all the songs today, I think this was by far the best.

To counter this, Bok Ji-eun selected Oh Eun-jeong's 'Ulsan Arirang', a Korean traditional music trot genre. If the vocal music was too strong during the first round's 'Float the Boat', today's 'Ulsan Arirang' literally sounded like the vocal music was perfectly blended into the trot.
Moreover, the celestial high notes reaching up to Andromeda were truly overwhelming. However, I think there was some disappointment in the sense of rhythm.

Bae A-hyun 1080 VS Bok Ji-eun 1016 points! Bae A-hyun received almost perfect scores from the masters and remained firmly in first place. However, Bok Ji-eun’s score was somewhat disappointing. If this happens, it will likely be difficult for Bok Ji-eun to advance to the next round.
Jeongseul VS Kwak J.E
Both contestants' advancement to the next round is at stake.Jeongseul chose Han Hyejin's 'Seoul Night' as the song to prove her ability. In response to this, Kwak Ji-eun chose Choi Baek-ho's 'Youngilman Friend' as a song to pour everything into with the determination that it would be the last time. She also drastically changed her singing style to highlight her powerful singing ability. It was a new side of Kwak Ji-eun that we had never seen before. I think this stage was by far the best of Kwak Ji-eun's Miss Trot 3 stages.

Jeongseul 1032 points vs Kwak Ji-eun 1046 points! Kwak Ji-eun succeeds in revenge against Jeongseul, who beat her in the first round. Her score is never low, so you can look forward to the next round.

This is how the whole confrontation ended. And the final rankings will be revealed. The intermediate rankings, which include only the master scores from the first and second rounds, are as follows.
And the results of adding up the 300 audience scores were revealed. The first eliminations were confirmed as Cheon Ga-yeon in 14th place, Bok Ji-eun in 13th place, and Kim Na-yul in 12th place. And before the final elimination was revealed, the rankings from 9th to 4th were revealed first.
But the results were amazing. Soyeon Kim, which was ranked fifth in the middle, was pushed to seventh, and Bin Ye-seo, which was ranked seventh, was pushed to ninth. Then Miss Kim, who was ranked sixth, jumped to fourth. The biggest surprise, however, was that Kwak Ji-eun, who was ranked 10th, suddenly rose to sixth after receiving the highest score of 292 points from the audience.
And before announcing 1st to 3rd place, the last eliminated person was revealed.
Unfortunately, Yeom Yu-ri was ultimately eliminated. Yeom Yu-ri received a fairly high score in the second round and showed a miracle of rising from last place to 9th place with just the master score. However, she was defeated by Jeong Seul in the audience score and was eliminated with a difference of only 6 points.
Even though Kim Na-Yul defeated Ga-Yeon Cheon twice, she was eventually eliminated due to low scores. In the end, winning the 1 VS 1 rivalry match had no meaning in advancing to the TOP10.
5R Jin (眞)
Now, the rankings from 1st to 3rd were about to be announced. Surprisingly, there was no third place in this matchup. There were only 1st and tied for 2nd place. And that was only a 2 point difference. Who will take first place in round 5, 1st place Jin (眞)?
It was Nayoung. Na-young overcame her hearing impairment, which could have been a bit fatal for a singer, and surpassed Bae A-hyun and Jeong Seo-joo, and she wrote a new miracle called Jin (眞) in the 5th round.
Nayoung couldn't hide her surprise when her name was called to the top spot.
