King of Active Singers (Active King of Singers, 현역가왕) Episode 6, The stage that became a sea of tears, Mask Girl identity revealed, Ban Ga-hee is out!

Last week, the first competition in the second round of the finals ended and only the scores of the celebrity evaluation team were disclosed, and the fifth episode ended. Judge Joo Hyun-mi applauded Ryu Won-jeong , who is walking a lonely path while insisting on traditional trot, with tears in her eyes, while judge Yoon Myeong-seon commented that the emotional delivery was somewhat disappointing compared to the original song. In the end, the celebrity evaluation panel's score was 184 points. 

 

 

And now it is the turn of Jeon Yu-jin, the youngest and leader of 'Bibim Girls', to save her sisters from the risk of elimination.

Jeon Yu-jin , who attempted a reversal from the emotional and static stage she had shown so far with a powerful song, wowed the audience not only with her singing but also with her spectacular dance and stage manners. The judges also heaped praise on Jeon Yu-jin 's growth, calling it a miracle. She received 188 points and tied with Doo-ri for first place in the second round. 

 

 

Next and the last stage is Ma Ijin, the leader of ‘Jade Bead Girls'.

As always, Ma Ijin expressed her determination for the stage by breaking down pine boards. But this time, she tried breaking down 25 boards that even men could not do. But is it too much? Unfortunately, she failed to break down the board completely, but nevertheless, everyone watching could not help but admire her passion.

 

 

Ma Ijin surprised everyone with his unique boyish yet powerful performance. Not only do they perform sharp choreography and Taekwondo performances like K-POP idols, but they also bring out their desperate emotions on stage, making singing the basics and becoming the leader of new performances.

So what was the result of adding up all the scores from rounds 1 and 2?

 

 

A surprising result came out. Ryu Won-jeong of 'Hot Chili' received the lowest score from the audience, and Doo-ri received just as low a score as Ryu Won-jeong, even though she ranked first in the celebrity evaluation panel.

 

'Jade Bead Girls' all advanced to the third round of the finals without any upsets, and 'Bibim Girls', which  was in 4th place in the first round, created an upset by moving up to 2nd place, but everyone except the 1st place was a candidate for elimination.

The third match is to determine the semifinalist. Like the second match, the third competition is played in two rounds. The first round is a competition where two people sing one song separately. For each round, the celebrity evaluation panel has 180 points and the audience evaluation group has 180 points, for a total score of 360 points. In the first round, the score of 360 points is divided between two people, but in the second round, you can receive a full score of 360 points because you are evaluated alone.

The status of the 4th week of the public support vote was revealed. This week, Ma Ijin soared to third place. And Yu Min-ji entered the ranking.
