No. 44 & 54 VS No. 23 & 60
The theme of the first competition is a masterpiece from the 1970s. No. 54 who advanced to the second round as an additional pass, and No. 44 singer who advanced to the second round with 6A Vs. No. 23 of Team 7A and No. 60 of 6A will face off.
No. 44 & 54, they was the only mixed team formed for the second round, so it was envied by all participants. Their song was "Still You Are My Love" by Lee Eunha. Their songs contained lovely and mournful emotions, but the power of the other team was too great.
No. 23 and No. 60 showed extraordinary confidence in this team competition because they are between seniors and juniors at the university and have worked together in the same group in the past class assignments. With Bae In-sook's song "As Anyone Do", viewers fell in love with the sensibilities of the '70s with their black hole-like suction.
The result was 3:5. The casual style and tone of No. 60 singer were also cool, but especially the lovely singing style of No. 23 singer was very attractive. I felt it in the first round, but I think No. 23 singer is really good at singing. I think he's a singer to pay attention to in season 3.
No.23 singer, are you curious? Then check out the article below. You can see the information about singer No. 23 and cheer for it.
The team with No. 44 & 54 who lost the first match was eliminated without additional successful applicants, and according to Singe Aain rules, the eliminated person will immediately release his or her name. No. 44 was singer Jung Yu-jin, and No. 54 was singer Oh Si-an.
No. 1 & 25 VS No. 50 & 75
The second match was expected to be a huge match as No. 25 and No. 50 singers, the oldest female contestants, faced off as opposing teams. The No. 25 singer is a veteran vocalist of the group Sinchon Blues, and the No. 50 singer is a legendary singer of the group Seoul Family.
However, the theme of the contest should be contested with famous songs from the 2010s. Will they be able to show off the latest songs in a cool way? They are joined by No. 1 singers with unique tones and No. 75 singers with unexpected charm. What was the result?
The song chosen by No. 1 & 25 singers was "Things Leaving Me" sung by Choi Baek-ho and Jung Seung-hwan, and the judges couldn't keep their mouths shut by listening to their songs. In the end, Judge Kim I-na cried because she couldn't overcome the emotion, saying that No. 25 singer was "crazy". They were praised for their perfect performance.
Singer No. 50 & 75 team even prepared a performance while selecting Mamamoo's "Decalcomanie". In particular, No. 50 singer dominated the stage with his amazing dance and unshakable singing skills that his age could not be measured. And No. 75 also showed off his singing ability. But they couldn't break down the wall of emotion that the other team hit.
The result was an overwhelming victory for the No. 1 & 25 singers, with a score of 8:0. The defeated singer numbers 50 & 75 were unfortunately eliminated, revealing their names, Kim Seung-mi and Lee Yu-kara, respectively.
No. 51 & 76 VS No. 12 & 40
The third contest is the 1980s masterpiece competition. The two teams have opposite charms. No. 51 & 7' with a warm voice that stimulates women VS No. 12 & 40, which resemble a cute rodent but try to dominate the stage like a rodent dominating the world, competed.
No. 51 & 7 performed Song Chang-sik's "Blue Day" in a sophisticated arrangement. Singer No. 51 with sweet voices and 76 with sharp voices were praised for maximizing each other's strengths and providing a perfect performance for the second round mission.
As a former superband, No. 12 & 40 sang Lee Kwang-jo's "Like Tonight" while playing a powerful guitar sound. Like the strongest auditioners, it gave everyone exciting energy with its dynamic arrangement and overwhelming stage manners.
The two teams were so strong that it would not be strange if either side won. However, the result was 1:7 for the No.12 & 40 singers.
I think the second round of the Sing Again 3 finals is too cold. Not a one person of the losing teams has allowed them to advance to the next round. In the end, No. 51 left the stage with the name of singer Jaeyeon, and 76 singer Park Je-up.
No. 5 & 16 VS No. 46 & 56
The fourth was a matchup between a team of strong participants who all received an All-Again in the last first round. They were participants who showed a strong presence to the judges and viewers with just one performance on the last broadcast with their very different personality and unique tone. Perhaps that's why everyone's attention was focused on this match.
Singer No. 46 & 56 team sang Kim Gunmo's "Speed." It seemed a little clumsy, but it felt like it literally created a trendy stage by arranging it in the style that the current generation likes. The judges also praised him for giving him the perfect song with no more place to touch.
In response, the singers No. 5 & 16 chose Park Mi-kyung's "If It Rains on Tuesday". Was each other's colors too strong. Contrary to the judges' evaluation, it was a stage where the two genres did not mix together.
They were very good in their respective parts, but in the duet part, the two genres couldn't mix together, so they felt a little awkward. Looking at the first round performance, I thought both singers were strong candidates for the championship. It's very unfortunate. Obviously, if it was an individual match, not a team, I think it would have gone up to the high rank.
The result was 5:3, with singers No. 5 & 16 winning. The losing team only passed additionally No. 16 singer after much consideration by the judges. I'm so sad that the 5th singer didn't make it.
Singer No. 5 introduced himself as Kim Masta and ended the Sing Again stage. If you are curious about Kim Masta, please refer to the article below. Although the challenge at Sing Again is over, there are many ways to cheer for Kim Ma-star's singing world and his music.
No.5 singer, cheering for Kim Masta
No. 41 & 71 VS No. 66 & 68
The teams that competed with great songs in the 1980s. The strongest candidates will compete here again. The singers No. 41 & 71 who want to meet and make All Again again VS the singers No. 66 & 68 who want to show how scared they are these days, competed.
The No. 41&71 singer team performed a song as if they were looking at a scene in a fairy tale with a rhythmic arrangement and powerful voice of the famous masterpiece "Watercolor on a Rainy Day", but the opponent was too strong.
No. 68 & 66 teams filled the stage with their own guitar without playing a band. I liked the unique rhythmic tone, but can I say that it infuses old songs with the sophistication and trend of the current era? Hwang Chi-hoon's "My Love in Memories" sang fantastically to the guitar performance as if they were their own song, showing the power of children these days.
As expected, the No. 68 & 66 singer team won an overwhelming victory, receiving All Again. Unfortunately, the losing team was eliminated without additional successful applicants. They revealed their names, No. 41 singer Jeon Ha-young and No. 71 singer Raina, leaving Sing Again.
No. 47 & 58 VS No. 31 & 49
The match between this team is also expected to be a big match. It's a match between the strongest eardrum boys. In particular, I'm really looking forward to the teamwork of No. 31 & 49. However unfortunately, we have to wait until next week.
Next week's match between these teams, what will be the result. I can't wait. The regret can be soothed by the article in the other episode below. Please visit the YouTube, Instagram, etc. of singers who support you by watching the posts below and give them strong support, and we'll see you again next week in episode 5.
